Not sure how I found your channel and this video. But I enjoyed watching it and the flower earrings. ❤
Wow I have learned so much! I did not know you could use chalks!
I starting doing resin jewelry 8 years ago. You are the first person that I've seen using pastels! They make the perfect colorant for resin that doesn't alter the resin.
They are extremely gorgeous! I do wish that you used a tape that was a solid color so that we could actually see what you were doing. I use resin tape and it is a solid color so that people can see what I am doing.
The shirt you had on in this video matches the pants I have on while watching this. Great minds think alike. 😊 Nice job on the jewelry. Beautiful.
Good tutorial. Although using a tape with such a bold pattern makes it difficult to really see the "petals".
you're a very good teacher
you are amazing thanks alot
l learn many of you
thanks alot 💜💜💜💜💜💜
Marvat Khattab Thank you so much Marvat 💜💜💜

Just now getting into resin, these are gorgeous! You explain everything very well. I will be making these for sure.
GreT tutorial!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks so much for such a clear tutorial. I have made a pair of these in blue and yellow and found that the round drills from the diamond art craft are perfect size for the centres.😊

I was stupid lost the account password. I love any tips you can offer me!
@Nickolas Reuben instablaster =)
@Ledger Malakai I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Ledger Malakai It worked and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my ass!
I love how you have made these lovely little flowers. As I watched the video I wondered if it might be easier, instead of using circular jump rings, to use the tear drop rings on the back between two of the pedals. You would have more surface to attach the two together. Just a thought.
Love these
These are gorgeous, so glad I found you. Thank you for sharing

Beautiful I love the idea that you have the type of resin you don't have to mix to harden under the UV which I'll be searching for that particular brand I have some basic blanks I'll be practicing on Want to get back into jewelry making Got to have some kind of hobby for the weekends

Have you considered using reverse tweezers? They’re the ones you have to squeeze to open.

very nice tutorial Alison ... I been watching a number of these girls from Japan doing resin work, quite a few of them do it in a backroom right at the market places because, yes the UV resin cures so quickly ...quite fascinating

Love this process they are just beautiful
Patricia Criddel Thank you 😊
Love this tutorial! Can you please explain how you added the color from the chalk to the resin?
Julia Disorda Thank you 😊
You carefully scrape the chalk with a razor. You want very fine powder from it. I will be doing a tutorial soon on the process 💜
thank you for this video it is so beautiful i want to try it i am a beginner
Beautiful!
awesome !! thank you so much for sharing !!
Neat. I would use regular resin though even meaning that it would require more patience. :) I think I am one of a only a few most likely that doesn't like UV resin. :p
BlackCat2 I like 2 part also but this project would take days if not a week to finish.
I love these and I had to subscribe. I love purple too.
Sharon Jackson Thank you! Purple is the best! 💜
Just beautiful!
Thank you Sharon 💜💜
Absolutely gorgeous, thank you
Leona Nelson Thank you 😊
They are beautiful
rosanna payne Thank you Rosanna 😊
So beautiful!!😊🇵🇹
Awesome tutorial very pretty
June Dorning Thank you 😊
Your videos have made me eager to try UV resin. How do you determine how long to cure each piece? I notice you do different times at different stages. Can you over-cure the resin?
This was very interesting! These are so pretty and dainty. I have a question about the chalk.
Would you just scrape a tiny bit of that off with a small knife to loosen that so you can stir it into the resin? I guess that would have to be the way to do it but since I didn’t see how you did that I kept having that question in my mind, LOL.
Carmen Needham Thank you 😊 yes, that is is exactly how you would add the chalk. Just add a little at a time until you get the desired color.
So pretty 😍
Thx!! Very pretty!! 😁💕💕
so pretty!! I love these! ❤️❤️❤️
Crafting It Up and Creations Thank you 💜
I’ve been looking for a uv lamp that stays on! I will definitely be ordering that.
The earrings are so pretty and I tried to make some but I got stuck. You use many words to describe the way in which the petals are laid. 'flat' side, 'back' side and 'orientation'. I cannot decipher what side is what and that's more to do with a brain injury I suffered 4 years ago. Can you refer to one side as side A or back side or face side and keep to that? That would help enormously. Thank you ♥️
Very pretty
Thank you 😊
Very pretty 👍😀
Wolfkins1972 Thank you 😊
They are breathtakingly beautiful!
Janine Meehan Thank you 😊
What exactly is born pretty? Glitter? Mica? Both? Thanks for the great tutorial!
I love them!
Karen Raabis Thank you 💜🌸
Chaulk.. did she scrape it off or did she use the sponge tip?? I'm a bit slow...didn't catch that bit...lol AWESOME tutorial!
very cool! well done!
Bennette Arnold Thank you! 😊😊
Loved the earrings. Just wished you had the petals on a solid tape so we could see better
Allison, you are the resin queen. UV flashlight where did you get it.
Susan Roos Awe, Thank you! 💜
I got it quite awhile ago, so I don’t remember where. But I also have this one and it works just as good. www.chewy.com/simple-solution-spot-spotter-hd-uv/dp/56105
Hi Alison my name this Raquel I live in Puerto Rico and just wanted to say how wonderful is your tutorial I am a beginner in resin and need a lot of help thank you for your tutorial where do buy the chalk for the resin
@Raquel Reyes I just came across this tutorial in 2022 and was wondering about the chalk, too. I found several chalk pastels listed on Amazon but the Sargent Art Colored Square Chalk Pastels look a lot like the one that Alison used in the video. The 24 count was $12.99.
Hi ,your craftings are amazing , thanks god for making such a creative and grateful women to the world❤. And bythe way may i know how do you used chalk for make them..is that burning chalks and paint or something ?
Beautiful. Thank you for the tutorial. Can you tell us what type of tape you use.
Hi there. I checked the video's for you and they all have CC on now including this one. They never have the cc on when a video is first posted or if it is live. I am not sure why because I would love to watch the lives too but of course I wouldn't know what you were talking about lolol. I am able to watch the lives after they are over though so that's better than nothing. Thanks so much for caring!
Cathy Reid I’m so glad they do! Thank you for checking 💜💜
Very very nice Alison just iiuhhh ;
Very cute! Where did you purchase the chalk? How do you add the chalk to the resin?
So pretty! How long did it actually take you to make these? Thanks in advance for your reply.
