I'm not a ballerina but i love dancing and my back and arms have always been the areas im most self conscious of..but anyways... i didnt find that my back was weak or that these burned too much but i found my flexiblity so poor I physically couldnt lift myself very high or even bring my arms up at all when you did the swan. do you have any videos youd recommend for the flexiblity?!

Would be better if you were guiding us throughout the exercises though. I got lost at one stage and it's not easy to look up when you dont have enough back and neck strength. 🙏🏻☺️
