- This is Marwar region of Rajasthan, we started our Tour from Mehrangarh fort and what better than to have kachori in breakfast on streets of Jodhpur.
In this journey i enjoyed Rajasthani thali at Jodhpur’s most famous restaurant: Gypsy. I was lucky that i could enjoy Kheech as part of the Thali.

Fantastic.I feel that Rajasthan is a much better place to visit compared to Goa or Sikkim.Simply love the vegetarian food there and it has lot of much better places to see compared to other places in India.The best food I ever had in my entire life was a bikaneri thali in Nagpur in a rooftop restaurant way back in 1995 when I was doing my articleship for CA while internal auditing a company called Hindustan Antibiotics Limited,a pharma company as a young graduate fresher out of college.This type of food particularly in bikaner is personally one of my favourites.
No comparisons but you know one thing that i really like about Rajasthan which is un matched it is their hospitality......
For me good vegetarian food is a pre requisite if I go to a particular place.Had been to Thailand once in 2006 through Ernst and Young and suffered like anything due to the food.Even the fruits are hybrid and produced from chemicals leave aside any vegetable.The only thing I enjoyed there was traditional thai veg curry nothing else.It is delicious and fulfilling if you have cold water after that meal.
@@manojiyer6846 Sir is particular to search for vegetarian food . In Sikkim also . you will see him showing vegetarian option. That is why I watch his series. His presentation is so addictive and I am watching from far away (US):( . FYI, . M.P .,Rajasthan and Gujarat are vegetarian heavens.

Harish Bhai no doubt Jodhpur is a fantastic city for Teekha Khana in Rajasthan. मिर्ची बढ़ा व प्याज की कचौरी के लिए तो मशहूर है ही साथ में गुलाब हलवा भी पसंदीदा मिठाई है। एक और छोटी सी दुकान है घंटाघर के मुख्य द्वार के पास वो है मिश्रीलाल की लस्सी। बहरहाल अच्छा लगा। जोथपुर की यादें ताज़ा हो गयी।

Khamaghari - Every place in Bharat has its own flavours, taste and aroma. Seeing Rajasthan kachorries brought some good memories. Some sixty years ago I enjoyed this food. Love my India. Now that we bave made foreign land our home we miss this. With best whises from South Africa.
