Thats true but still acceptable if u avoid onion and garlic. True satvik prasad only available in temple shrines even they avoid vegitables of foreign origin like here in Jaggarnath temple, puri odisha.

Chillies never existed when our munis and rishis were defining the concept of 'saatvik' several thousand years ago. BTW the Bhagawad Gita describes Tamasik as something which is bitter, pungent or hurts the body- and chilli fits the description (mooh aur G---d dono ke liye alag fire brigade bulana padta hai, woh sattvik nahi)

Well this isn't Satvic (Satvik does not use Ghee, Garlic, Onion, Chilies etc). I would just say that this is cooked in Traditional way but not Satvik.

Food Looks awesome and better then most restaurants... However I think people of Bharat should read more about Satvik, Rajasi, and Tamasi food. I see oil, red chillie and other spices, heating up dahi... Looks more like Rajasi food to me
the food looks great!! but saying mitting ke handi better than cooker has no meaning. cooker cooks food with 80% less energy and all the food nutrients are preserve in it. where as clay pot can not be washed properly. and all the scrapping you do during the cooking you add some bit of "mitti" in those food.
Khaane me mitti milake khane ko agar organic bolte he, then thank you, mujhe nahi chahiye.
