    Great video! you nailed the breakdown and the tools he uses, Yan is my favorite fighter i think he beats all these Bantamweights for many years to come and hes just 28.
    Interesting part is he talks about visualization, plays the fight in his head to the point where is having lucid dreams beating his opponents. Its like winning is the only possible outcome in his mind
    More content about Yan would be cool.

      So I use the term lateral punch as a backward step perpendicular to your opponent rather than away from them
