Adventures with EDS : Paraathletics , Brother's Birthday & Rhematology

Adventures with EDS shows my experiences with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome , Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ( POTS) and Chronic Migraine. Each day I face chronic pain, fatigue and many other symptoms but I still manage to have adventures despite my disability.
In this episode of Adventures with EDS ( Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) I attend another exciting evening at the world para athletics championships, celebrate my little brother's 20th Birthday and finally have the rhematology appointment I've been waiting 6 months for.
Going to the para athletics championships was incredible and I was lucky enough to meet a few para athletes and even wear a gold medal! I had a great chat with British Silver medalist Toby Gold about disability sport. I loved watching the success of Aled Davies, Sophie Harn, Kadeena Cox, Georgie Hermitage and many other incredible athletes.
For my brother's birthday we played mini golf on Sunday and on his birthday we went for an amazing tapas lunch. I need more paella in my life!
I finally had the Rhematology appointment I've been longing for and am waiting on some great referrals from that :)
I also walk the dog I look after and lose my car after a long shift at work and do some rather dodgy KT taping on my calf.
