School bus carrying 17 children catches fire in Kerala's Chengannur; evacuated safely

A school bus carrying 17 students from Mannar Bhuvaneswari School caught fire, but all the students were safely rescued. The incident occurred around 8:30 AM on the Ala-Pennukkara temple road. Upon noticing smoke, the driver promptly pulled over, allowing the students to evacuate. Within minutes, the entire bus was engulfed in flames. A fire brigade team arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire. Police and Motor Vehicle Department officials conducted an inspection of the vehicle following the incident.
