Yes! Ebikes are a game changer. I love mine.
You might want to experiment with adjusting the seat height. Might help make the pedaling feel less awkward.
For highest efficiency I believe at the bottom stroke your leg is supposed to be almost straight. That would make biking a lot more comfortable.

You will want to check out rail trails. Go for miles without cars. On our bucket list is the Virginia Creeper out of Damascus. The Tunnel Hill trail in far southern Illinois is nice. The Racoon River over by Des Moines is the nicest one we have ever been on.
Now that's a rugged bike! I have a Lectric XP Lite that folds and fits in the back of my Nissan Versa. I got it to self-shuttle on the Ice Age Trail. It's fun going full throttle up hills!
Welcome to the world of E-bikes! They’re a lot of fun, especially in warmer weather. It’s really cool that this one has blinkers. I don’t recall any of mine having them. And, of course, must wear a helmet!

I use the NYC e-bikes in Manhattan .. great fast way to get around in traffic.

Now this is thinking out of the box adventure. I tried a e-bike back in the Spring & like you experience the bike without assistance is too heavy to peddle but once you get comfortable with the assistance speeds the e-bike is fun & I can see various uses for riding. ❤😊

This thing would be so fun to take camping.
Like a Friday after work, throw a pack together and go out in the evening and set up camp (like a remote desert location - I don’t know I guess bc a desert trip would be doable, no downed trees 😅 and then if one were to get spooked - you could just zoom away! 😂 I wouldn’t go alone anyhow bc I love deserts but they kind of creep me out at night!

Awesome! loved your video and your enthusiasm! I live on a state highway through the country, and it is amazing how many e-bikes go by each day. I would like to have an all-terrain e-bike so I can carry my photography gear into the back country roads instead of backpacking it in.

Hey this is great video nobody is showing how much power these ebike can offer. I have a lot of trails here in Jim Thorpe, Pa and planning on getting this bike.. thanks for the information 😄

Nice bike. I really want to try one too. I noticed that you never changed the gear selector. Shifting down to 1st gear will make peddling starts easier and perhaps a bit smoother at the lower power settings. Have fun! Can't wait to see what adventures you find.

I don't know if you're still in Madison, but If you go to Hanover college and wlak around behind the admin building you can see the only section of the ohio river where you can see three bends
My bike could be converted into a e bike, but I don't need the assist, yet. 😅 I cycled from Netherlands to Austria. Almost 1000 kilometers. With only a few parts of walking next to it, uphill.. I got lots of compliments of using a 'bio bike'.like I said I dont need it but I love the vibrant color of your frame, in the Netherlands they are usually black.

I had an ebike. I absolutely Loved it!!!
I broke it after I brought it to work and trying to put the key in in the dark , put it in the wrong place and arched it on accident.
My husband tried to fix it but it never was the same😢

It’s 30 inches by six feet! I think the foam mattress is 5 inches high
