sounds like there is no speed increase from dialing up 4 to 6, is your jigsaw broken? This video shows @0:33 speed of 6 is much faster than your jigsaw ruclips.net/video/cFTmsnni9Vc/видео.html

Everything is ok. It's a feature :) It will speed up when you start cut. From user manual: When the speed adjusting dial is at 3 or higher, the tool automatically reduces the no-load speed to reduce the vibration under no-load. Once the tool gets load, the tool speed reaches the preset speed. Then the tool keeps the speed until the tool is switched off.
