Middle of the week upload. Nice! I used the 10" Smoothwater header out on the lake the other day for the first time. Works like a dream. Can't say enough awesome things about it. Might even get out again this coming up weekend. You'll hit 100,000! It's obvious you put a lot of time and work into your videos and we all appreciate the effort. Just from your videos alone I have learned so much. Thank you!

So, I might as well tell ya... I found a commonly use device that eliminates classifying anything under 1/8th. I have your smallest gold, and that's why I bought it.... to test your most challenging gold clean up. So, it's the "click tubing". You get it free. Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) comes with it, a spout tube that clicks, (non click tubes don't work) and customers throw it away... at the auto parts stores. I made videos, but youtube pissed me off so I removed all my content and moved some to rumble... but anyway I cut off the big end with a razor knife, and slip a short piece of 3/4 inch vinyl hose over that end and connect two big ends together, the other end that's smaller I connect with a short piece of old garden hose, attach a funnel. 3 pieces is all you need. Fashion a stand with zip ties and pump water in it at the desired slope, it's fast. Crazy fast. Zero losses. Clean out the gold by plugging the pieces with your fingers and shake it over your pan. Try it.

Two things I would like to ask you, have you ever crushed your little p gravel to look for gold caught inside of the small rocks which live near your gold. The second is in your torch dose the oxygen run out to quick.
I have crushed some but haven’t found anything, indeed the oxygen tank runs out way faster than expected!
They should use your videos for schools on how to prospect for gold. 👍

I have those smaller classifiers. They work great for small amounts. 110 definitely takes some time. Good thing you wrote the sizes on them. I did the same. After using them in water for a while, the stickers come off in chunks. Looking forward to how this kan will fill up! Cobbles!

Get a bucket pail cover the outside with 0.5 mesh gauge or use a sizing of choice cover the complete outside pail two inches or so from the rib down,make shore the mesh is fixed tite,
Use a drill with a 0.5 drill bit start drilling until your satisfied, do the same with the base,
Add handles to top of pail either side,
You now have a PVC classifier,
Now use a pail slightly bigger place classifier inside bigger pail for concentrates,
You can cut another pail two inches from bottom that will fit into your bigger pail upside down creating hight for your classifier, that's the clasifier pail and lift sorted,
I came up with a solution for your silicon matt's,
Make a silicone Matt,before pouring to make your silicon Matt,magnitize the Matt all around the edges of your Matt and criss cross shape, pour your silicon into the mould,
You now have a magnatized sluice Matt that will collect all the magnetics,thus leaving you with your none magnetic gold.
Always sluice like a Goose way to go😂

That particular one was made to fit my 3/8 thick vdr but the base model fits 1-3 mm sluice flares etc ✅

Just wondering if a (Rain Classifier Set ) is possible?
A set to drop material onto and let the rain run through for a week or month, or whatever it takes.
In the NW we would be able to keep some paydirt washing from Oct to May - something to resize the stockpile over the winter into smaller pan-able portions.

I'm only now about 1 year in to hobby prospecting but have come a long way in that short time. I only got into it all because I watched you Jason! I work in the Tulameen River area in British Columbia. The cons. have massive amounts of magnetite, so I first remove them with a magnet after classifying.
