Great, another video where "on earth" means "in the USA". 😀 I just learned that United Health & Walmart are very powerful on earth. In Europe we don't know them at all, but I guess we are just ignorant.
Samsung is definitely A tier, because of their main business of construction. Also they supply components to its biggest tech rival,Apple.. And Samsung can basically operate like a country..
Siemens definitely is A tier or even S. Mainly due to how many industries run on there equipment This includes Rail Medical Power grid Telecommunications Automobile components Defense
This guy is a dumbass riding on the "Murica is the best" hype train. Bro doesn't know there is a whole new world outside of the USA and it's not 1990 anymore.
Loved this video dude. I disagree with your meta rating though. People have to bear in mind that it too has competitors like X and even the mainstream media. I get that the mainstream media isn't what it used to be. But it still holds sway with a lot of older people.
Love your videos. New subscriber. I've watched 6 in a row. Love your information, research, and the manner in which you keep our attention and keep things interesting with so much information
I’d be interested in a “nonprofit list”: Feeding America, AARP, The American Red Cross, United Way Worldwide, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, etc.
Putting SpaceX in S while Nvidea and TSMC are not is illogical. You really think there's not going to be more competition in Space/rocketry in the near future??? Lockheed, blue origin, chinese companies, indian companies...
Your point on SpaceX is incredibly poorly researched, they provided free access to Starlink for Ukraine, for communications purposes. Due to how the service is registered in the USA they legally cannot provide military Services through the starlink product/brand. It was after this event of not turning on the satellites in Crimea that the USA government got involved and they set up ‘Star-shield’ which is the US military lead devision of starlink.
Good video. I do think you missed out a couple: ASML, Coca-Cola/Pepsi, Berkshire Hathaway, and Visa/MasterCard. I'm surprised you included so many consultancy firms (when only McKinsey is well and truly "powerful")
Good comment. But also Goldman is just as powerful as McKinsey because of how many of their alumni end up running the financial policy apparatus of the US. ASML & Berkshire we're a kid, but I doubt Coke/Pepsi should be there. Case in point, when Coke had to digest from Russia, they didn't care. They just changed the name and kept going.
Context for Starlink and I quote: "Starlink was barred from turning on satellite beams in Crimea at the time, because doing so would violate US sanctions against Russia! We received an unexpected request in the middle of the night to activate Starlink in Crimea in a matter of a few hours from the Ukraine government, but received no request or permission to override sanctions from the US government. Had we done as Ukraine asked, it would have been a felony violation of US law. We also make it clear in our terms of use that Starlink is a commercial system, not a military system. Use of Starlink for communications, including military communications, is fine, just like the military uses the Internet in general, but if we deliberately engage in explicit acts of war, then we are making Starlink a military system and other countries have every right to shoot down our satellites. "
I just noticed that later on in the video you changed SpaceX's placement to S tier. Was this a mistake or did you change your mind and just forgot to explain during recording?
IDK how much of a monopoly Google is when they have to pay Apple just to make them the default search engine. Seems like that status is a pretty fragile one.
Ive never heard such a naive prospective, are you seriously suggeting that Elon Musk could over ride what would affectivley be the pentagon on how Starlink is used? Total rubbish.
SpaceX rated too high. Tsmc too low, where is asml? Reliance should be much higher considering Jio and their influence and growth path in india. Tesla should be there - premier EV company, BYD should follow.
Tsmc is definitely s tier. They are the reason america must keep the china at check in taiwan and keep their country safe. If china attacked taiwan us may get involved and one of the main reasons would be tsmc
Indeed an S tier. Apple, Nvidia, Google, AMD, Intel and many others completely rely on TSMC to fabricate chips. Without TSMC there is no iPhone or nearly every smart phone, tablet, laptop, graphics card and many other electronics. TSMC is so important that superpowers are willing to go to war over it. What is above S tier? Idk but put TSMC there
Berkshire Hathaway should be on your list. They have a big insurance business and own some of major railroads in the U.S. Buffett has had political clout too! I disagree with your placement of TSMC. It’s arguably the most important company in the world. At minimum it accounts for as much of Taiwan’s GDP as Samsung does South Korea, so should be on their level too. Another company is ASML. This company builds the machine that makes all of the leading edge chips! I disagree with you about Tesla. It is the single biggest reason China is now a competitive nation in autos and it has similar clout in China as Apple does for that reason. Also their gigafactories are highly sought after and they are big driver for battery tech and its supply chain that has made whole nations like Indonesia and Peru relevant due to their raw materials! Lastly a couple to consider. General Electric because of their nuclear business and their aircraft engine business. Qualcomm because of their communications chips (for that matter Broadcom). Eli Lily is the largest pharmaceutical company. Cisco still is the leader in networking. And Chevron should be among the oil majors that you listed. Honorable mentions, Visa, IBM, Thermo Fisher, Caterpillar, and AT&T
@boblol1465 a board seat gives you a seat at the table. Even if you do not have the ability to hire or fire, they have the ability to lobby and to speak with others who have that power. Now imagine having that influence across multiple companies.
He puts jpmorgan in a gut Goldman Sachs in d tier haha. All the arguments he did bring for jp u could use the same arguments for Goldman makes no fucking sense. Goldman has huge influence space x is
All of the top tier investment companies hold investments in each other. They are in effect, one massive investment firm. So, if blackrock holds 10, or 15 percent vangard holds 5 percent and state street holds 10 percent of 90% of corporations in the s&p 500 and they tell companies that they have to do something or else they'll dump their stocks do you not think the corporation would listen? ( I only named the top 3, there are more investment firms that invest in each other. Some companies are 90% owned by this ultracorporation)

I'm so glad you said what you said about Black Rock, it's embarrassing that people don't understand investments.
i agree
You're so naive.

"next up, they are a monopoly"
"next up, they can influence policy heavily"
"next up, they abuse patent law to kill competition"

Powerful does not mean biggest/richest.
Without Zeiss and ASML, entire chip supply chain will stop.
Great, another video where "on earth" means "in the USA". 😀
I just learned that United Health & Walmart are very powerful on earth. In Europe we don't know them at all, but I guess we are just ignorant.
It's not about US but most powerful companies and this list is real
Where would ICBC fall on a list like this?
Samsung is definitely A tier, because of their main business of construction. Also they supply components to its biggest tech rival,Apple.. And Samsung can basically operate like a country..
TSMC, BlackRock and Lockheed Martin in C Tier... really😂. Do you really know what you're talking about 🤭

Surprised to see how little time to and info on Microsoft you gave! MAN, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW POWERFUL that company has been for past 4 decades
The ranking we deserve

Submarine communication (99% of internet traffic) is more important than all of this, and the leader is a French company named ASN.
WHY SONY IS NOT THE LIST THEY DESERVE A PLACE INTHE D TIER
I’d be interested in a “nonprofit list”: Feeding America, AARP, The American Red Cross, United Way Worldwide, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, etc.
Oooooohhhh this one right here
good idea
sure. make them all american, right.
@@the.hot.button I’m not in this industry so I’m not familiar with more huge nonprofits. Feel free to add to the list if you’d like. 😃
Thanks for creating this video.
BIS, DTCC, ASML and BNY Mellon are all Titans, in the corporate/geopolitical sphere.
but he didnt included them
@@Abhinavujjwal He made some big mistakes
its a great video. yet, it feels a bit too biased, by considering mainly whats going on in the USA, like its the center of the world.
Bro put JP Morgan at A, but Meta and SpaceX on S. Sure buddy.
Most of this list is shit.
Hes's an Elon fanboi
Bloomberg can destroy any economy by just saying country not working well 😂😂😂
Most of them are American 🇺🇲 🔥🔥

I appreciate the enthusiasm.
However, there’s a lot of pieces in this puzzle you’re missing
Don’t get me wrong, this information is valuable.
But if you don’t have the raw materials or you don’t want to mine & refine them…good luck

Samsung is S Tier in South Korea. Not the rest of the world though I guess.
Biggest appliances company, TV company, and #2 in smart electronics = B tier world wide. Must be A tier then?

Should have include the like of Nestle, Bayer and Cargill.
