I'm sorry to hear that it isn't still flying. 😞 On the other hand, the 737-200(!) immaculate and converted to a BBJ classic style, REALLY made my day! 🙂
Loved the baby Boeing at the end. Landing in Glasgow on a British Airways 737, I was right next to the engine as it deployed the clam shells on the JT-8D. Engineering porn. Made my day. Thanks for another great video BlueRockerPR. That dude calmly walking in front of the 737 with its engines running must have been inhaling more than oxygen before his shift. 😎
Should come back one evening and do it again.. Condor is flying a 330-900Neo KSAT-EDDF a few times per week and I think it parks across the runway from Millionair.
I would love to have a 737 200 as a private jet if I ever won the lottery use part of the belly for extra fuel to extend the range and be able to travel the world that would make a unique 737 200 don’t you agree I’ve always liked the 737 200 I’ve flown on one before they are nice it’s definitely cool with that reverse thrust view you definitely got some nice catches beautiful ones too gotta love the classics
This plane is very unique. It was delivered new in 1981 as the first 737 business jet even before Boeing’s BBJ program. It is the youngest 737-200 (in terms of flight hours). It was never in commercial operation. The engines were replaced with more fuel efficient JT8Ds and is stage III compliant. Its fuel capacity has been increased to extend the range an additional 3500 nm. The current owner is listed as BB 11 Ltd. who acquired it in Jan 2021. Some sources say the owner is a Texas businessman but doesn’t say who. It was once the private jet of a Royal from the UAE.
Nice video here. The real eye opener was that Boeing 737-200 VIP airplane. One of the best looking 737-200s I've ever seen.
Thank you very much! Both the 737-200 and the DC-9 were fantastic catches for me.
54 year old DC-9 at time of recording.. That's incredible.. Airframe now stored.... Somewhere.

737-200 al takeoff thrust = Subir el volumen al máximo.
Hermoso esquema!
I remember seeing them at Manchester UK in the 90s early 2000s.. You could feel it in your chest, awesome sound, I miss so dearly.
Some really beautiful liveries there.
Amazing!!
Some brilliant (non-hushkitted) JT8D sounds 🤧

My ear doctor told me not to turn up the volume when a 737-200 takes off... Well, it wa snice meeting him.

Neat planes but can’t be San Antonio airport…San Antonio area doesn’t have hills. Texas is flat all around. 😂
