100% true! I suffer from anxiety disorder and have for the past 10 years. the only thing that helps it is going and doing new things. No matter how big the attack I have to keep going, keep pushing myself to do new stuff. I won't let anxiety run my life anymore and the only way to do that is to just go! What you said is so true! Though it's very hard for me it always pays off in the end! 💙👏🏼

Shay is the type of person you can have a genuine conversation with, whether it be for advice or whatever, and she'll genuinely be all ears and not be distracted by her phone or anything mid convo. You can just tell that she's a good listener from this video with her constant eye-contact and stuff. idk I think that's something that should be more appreciated in anyone nowadays with technology and stuff.. :)
