Brilliant, a great round up of your adventure. I agree that everything appears to be expensive these days. I enjoyed all your films, fantastic and very well done. Much appreciated, thank you, best regards, Chris. 🍻👍👍👍👍
Thanks for this breakdown, that's really useful. It'll probably be another 2 years or so before I'll finally manage to do the WHW a second time, but you can never start planning and enjoying the anticipation too early. 😊
Love your videos 😊 can I ask how you prepared for all the hiking on the WHW. Many thanks Also where were all your overnight stops alone the way and did you book them all 😊
@@foreverirish132 Thank you! I’m really glad you enjoyed them. I started walking after work most nights, around 5 or 6 miles, plus longer walks at the weekends. Eventually I built it up to the point where I could walk between 10 and 15 miles for 3 or 4 days in a row at the start of a week (I had a few days off work at that point) then done between 18 and 22 miles on the Saturday and Sunday. My overnight stops were Balmaha, Inversnaid, Tyndrum, Kingshouse & Kinlochleven. Once I had finalised my walking plans and where I wanted to stay, I booked the vast majority on Booking.com
I enjoyed your enthusiasm and also the excellent scenery along the way. Many thanks.😊
Thank you for all your lovely and informative videos 👍🙁
