So good to see you loving your life and one another .1600 is very well budgeted. You both look really well and see Pippin looking out of the window looking happy in her new home. What a well travelled little dog .Be Happy .Be safe .Love Sx
Thanks Susanne, yes we are very lucky to be able to live this lifestyle. Yes Pippin is very well travelled; now been to France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, and now Portugal. Luckily she speaks fluent dog so manages to make friends everywhere she goes LOL
Like yourselves, we travel quite a lot and get used to being treated with politeness and good manners in clean environments with little litter and graffiti. We feel safe and not threatened. We then return to the UK and oh my goodness how different things are.
Seem like there are fewer rules in Europe and people are pleased to see motorhome visitors to their town...
We would spend more time in Europe if we could overcome the Schengen 90 day visa restrictions :(
Hi Steve & Wendy good to see you both so well. Great vlog. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it and hope you find the info useful 👍
Great to see you loving life 💚
Feels like Freedom Angela ❤️

You can't beat Lidel's guys.
Yes, it's a pretty good option :)
Another great video :) Oh Steve, how can you say such a thing about oats? I'm with Wendy, yum :D I like to add a teaspoon of cocoa in with the milk and oats, let it stand all night and next morning, a few mins in the microwave and you get really creamy chocolate porridge. Add a few blueberries and I'm a happy bunny :D
LOL, well Caroline, I always say people have to add nice thing to it to make it taste good.
Some say they eat it on it's own, but I've never seen that happen LOL

Thank you. You must be near enough in the South of Portugal? I expect you will be going to Sweden this year. Not sure if I told you. We used to live near Stockholm in a village near Rimbo on a golf course called Lisinge golf course. If you Google the club house our house was the traditional Swedish detached house next to it. We lived there from 2014-2018 and absolutely loved it. 😊 Howard
Hey Howard, yes I do recall something about that. We are planning to go to Sweden again this year :)
Why buy diesel in liters but he gives consuption in gallons and miles?
Well that's just how it is in the UK. We always express consumption in miles per gallon - that's just how the motor industry works. Regrettably we are forced to buy fuel as priced per litre - that is how it is sold on the petrol/ diesel forecourts.
Good question... The consumption is calculated on the van's Trip Computer which gives the figures in MPG. We buy diesel in Litres...
27.6 MPG is approximately 10.23 litres per 100 kilometers.
I know many European people know fuel consumption that way round :)
for costs, there are 4.59 litres in a gallon so that'd be €1.55 per litre X 4.59 for the price per gallon, which is €7.11 or £5.90 per gallon.
When I started driving, the cost of a gallon was somewhere around £0.65p !
Good answer Dave :)
