Years ago had I interviewed Trump about Obama's birth certificate, I would have said Trump your mother was born in Scotland & your father in NY, Obama's mother in Kansas, so wherever Obama was born he'd still be an American citizen from birth.

I am a victim of sexual abuse. What Franken did was NOT sexual abuse, molestation, inappropriate touching, etc. He never touched the woman. It was comedians punchy and traveling together. Had her political leanings not been the Trumpublican way, she never would have complained about that photo. Not because she never had before, but because she was fine with it. It was their type of innocent fun that happens among friends & colleagues. It wasn't until she realized that it could get rid of a Democratic Senator, friend or not, in order to protect Trump, that the picture was no longer OK.
Again, as a victim/survivor, you know when something is harmless humor vs sexual assault, exploitation, molestation...I am not exactly saying that what Al did was perfectly OK. It just was not the traumatizing assault that she claimed it was after the fact. It was an old photo that I'm sure she laughed about and maybe punched Al in the arm for them taking pictures of her zonked out sleeping, not what Al was "pretending" to do. It's called a "headlight adjustment", as my fellow Boomers may recall.

Well 2020 showed the world Americans learned their lesson that elections matter and a million dead from Trump’s disastrous COVID-19 response, the biggest deficits in this country’s history, and millions of American women losing the right to make their own health decisions was the result. No, Trump has no chance in 2024 he will lose even worse than he did in 2020, because while lazy and sometimes lackadaisical Americans can learn a lesson if it is driven home with enough vigor. A majority of Americans would rather see Trump in prison than anywhere near the Whitehouse again.
I am convinced that at least 1/3 of the American electorate have IQ's that are far below their body temperatures.

Franken assaulted a woman and groped another, he lied about it and gaslit them to the public until photos surfaced and then he admitted it and stepped down. I've seen more rational judgement from the 3 judges on the court show "Hot Bench", than I've EVER seen from congress. But NO lifetime terms like on the supreme court. We should be able to immediately vote out any judges who display BAD judgement.
