i feel sad but why shouldn't i be, should we only paint with bright colors, should we listen to songs of joy. No, for sadness is part of us, sadness is the color of growth, song of expression

Sadness reinforces joy... like night does day. But man was this sad. That first one hurt me to my heart.
It's easy to get lost it to the path of sadness, time will take it's toll and carve itself on you and you will struggle to remember what it is to be happy how and why......
I feel like it's a constant struggle to fool and feed both of the sides. In the end it all just feel like a game and not sincere. Because when you get aware and consciousness of yourself and the world around you it feels very objective......

This version of “may it be” literally struck me to my core and made me cry just now. I’ve always loved this song but I’ve never heard the instrumental version and it’s just so… perfect. I want it to play at my wedding as I walk down the aisle, at my funeral as I’m laid to rest, and whenever someone wants to think of me, I hope they reach for this song. I feel that it’s the music of my soul

Today was important in my healing. I set boundaries clearly with love and respect to protect my emotions. I told him let's not meet and i prefer not to talk also because this is the second time we schedule a meeting and back off. Yes, there is something pulling you towards me and same with me, yet I have to set this boundary and by that I let him go.. It is liberating to take charge of my self and also it comes with pain. The beautiful melancholic pain that makes ne confident i did the right thing which is the most difficult. Anyway.. I wasn't planning on sharing all of this, i only wanted to say that I opened youtube to look for a calm music to listen to while writing down today's events and this Playlist was the first recommendation before I even search :) it is perfect and I love synchrony
