Do not wipe or drag the skin if it bleeds. That can open torn vessels more. Just gently put a little bit of pressure on the puncture and hold it. NOT HARD PRESSURE. Don't massage filler immediately after placing it. The tissue is traumatised. Last thing a punctured vessel needs is a massage. Wait to see if there is any bleeding. If there is. don't massage it. Just gentle even pressure for ONE MINUTE or two and it will stop bleeding bc the blood will coagulate behind the pressure. After injecting DON'T squeeze the area. It can cause bleeding that otherwise would not occur. Also go in ONCE only then pull back a bit and turn to the sides and go back down to the bone. There are no blood vessels on the bone BUT you can go through a blood vessel on the way down so pressure is important so that filler doesn't flow back and into a vessel, which is unlikely but it can happen. Lastly, loose hair is a germ catcher. Tie it back and preferably wear a surgical cap.
I inject myself and there's nothing wrong with doing multiple injections on the periosteum... it's actually safer that way because you know where you are. Whereas, pulling back from the periosteum into the sides and onto the periosteum again might cause an occlusion. No aesthetic clinicians do this unless it's with a cannula, or in a more shallow part of the tissue.
This is a really good tutorial. Be good to see more of these for other areas with this injector. I like her clear and slow explanations and detailed view of the process. Thank you xox
BC derm here- her chin appears a little heavy after treatment and anticipate significant post proc bruising due to the multiple bleeders; she looked wonderful at the 0.5 mark :) improved balance could be achieved by adding a touch of volume to the 💋
Good results think that their is a few things you need to consider such as infection control:/ firstly you have long hair needs to be tied back, you have a long sleeve hood on :/ u keep touching the area with your gloves..although wearing gloves is great they can still hold bacteria 😮 also your at great risk of needle stick injury x
The needle itself isn't that bad. The filler burns going in because of the pressure and it burns extra because lidocaine hurts. But once the lidocaine fully kicks in, it goes numb. So it's the first injection that hurts the most. Each one hurts less after that. If you're very pain intolerant just ask the injector for a "break" after the first one and give it a few mins to kick in.
Good job.but when you want to stop bleeding at injection site you have to press the area for 1 minute to give platelets a good time to aggregate at injection site with other clotting factors and stop bleeding....Don't wipe the bleeding with a qauze pad???!!!!!
If you already have a chin implant can you do this? I would assume you would not want to be injecting directly into the silicone implant. But how would you know the proper depth?
Very good video. There could have been better positioning to help balance her face . She should have hit the lower apex with an angle as this client looks to be a little heavier. Hitting the Lower apex at an angle would have pushed the chin out and down. Covering her double chin. Well making an illusion that she doesn’t have one.
So the apex is just the point of where the chin meets. She is injecting directly into the middle of the chin. If she would have hit lower toward the point of the chin at maybe a 45 degree angle, this would have created the illusion of bringing the point of the chin down, helping hide the clients folds on neck.

agree. additionally, as the filler draws water to the area, she runs the risk of her chin looking puffy.
Goal
Can you gauge that before the swelling goes down?
Thank you so much!!! I’ve been dying to see this.
wow ...straight to the point in first minuet
Thank you, this is great. The placement of the filler was well explained.
Looks so good!!!!
great video. would have love to see some B4 & after side by side.
Thank you for the tutorial❤
She's so beautiful!!
Where can we find before and after pics?

How much filler do you use?
How do you know how deep to go?
Do you put same amount of acid to center of the chin and the sides of chin ?

Really...how much does it really hurt even with the numbing process??? Thank you!

@@Anne_Onymous Thanks very much!
It doesn't hurt at all
Why do u aspirate the needle first? Just wondering 😀
So she can make sure that she is not injecting into vein or artery

Is volume okay for lips?
That's why they make lip filler
Shouldn’t use high G prime filler for lip cuz the risk of lumpy, I suggest using Restylane kysse for lip
What filler level course is chin filler?
Level 3-4
What is the length of your needle please

I see you went down to bone now how long does this last ?
Mine last 1 year
I really wish product information would be highlighted
She mentioned it was Voluma
Did you notice that the nurse pulls the entichions back and then pushes it. Is this safe?
That's called aspiration and it's meant to be done, it shoukd be done for longer period of time though
🤦🏽♀️
Like that you aspirate
Never have before or after. Irritating.
She would look better with .5 ml verus 1 ml, it looks too filled.
Agree
Not to mention the injection points..still gave her a wide chin in my opinion
Looks like a golf ball has been implanted
Do you have to massage at home too?
No. Do NOT massage the area.
Omg why is she not applying pressure I’m having fucking anxiety. She just letting all this blood drip. Her bruising gonna be so bad.
I don´t like how she did it

2ml
