@@ChrisVincelli the condos i saw before buying a house were multilevel and that was a no go. Also, fussy baby can be heard through the walls:/ the extra fees for maintenance and privacy were too much and i rather spend that money on necessities
Living in a house is better because you can do whatever you want in your house and not have people living in the same building as you and have more privacy

condo pros: better view, no people being like get the fuck off my property! HOuse pros : much bigger and more to see, fitting more people, more peaceful, a lot of condos are single buildings. houses u have space outisde i dont exactly know whats better
