Why did it collapse with so little snow? Whose brother-in-law built that thing and how much did they pay the inspector to pass that crap.I wouldn't even bother my plow guy for that much snow.
Probably had nothing to do with it being built 70 years ago....
It also was 3 feet of snow so
This was taken after days of snow melting. The storm that did this was a 20 inch snowfall of heavy wet snow.
He said he could do it for half price and he did. As we can see
Doesn't look to be much mortar holding those bricks together.
Thankful! that is wasn't opened at the time this happened!
we are right on the edge in Western , N.Y fine Snow all day but only an inch or 2 ? Not too windy .
You sure build houses different to us in Europe...... strange walls and strange roof and strange wooden frame....that’s budget if you ask me!
It was a 70 year old structure. Thr newer portion, built in the 90's, was built with steel and was fine. Only thr older portion collapsed.
