Hi Renaissance Builder, great to see your comprehensive view of Pokit Pro! It was a long time coming since the Kickstarter began, but we made it happen!
Glad to see that some of the other comments pointed out that the Oscilloscope function has free run and continuous modes like a traditional oscilloscope.
We hope that you'll get some great usage out of your Pokit Pro, and please reach out to us if you have any questions!

Wow this is awesome! I am currently working on an updated review after using the pokit pro in the hvac world for over a month and i would absolutely like to ask a few questions that would really help the review.
Is there a best way to reach a representative for those questions?

It does live on the oscilloscope if you use free run trigger

Oh that is good information and changes things allot. I will end up making a “month later” review with more accurate info.
      Thank you very much!

Continuous trigger I normally prefer over free run. Provides a more stable reading since you do still have a trigger. You can move the trigger threshold up/down once running. Free run there is no trigger point, it just runs so the waveform can move left/right which makes it more difficult to analyze the reading.

Yes i did eventually figure that out with the help of tips like this so thank you!
I am shooting a “one month later” review as soon as studio stuff is cleared up to which I’ll clarify this.
Thank you for the patronage and feedback I really appreciate it!

You'd have to use it right. There are better reviews of this product. I'm buying one tomorrow. If the oscilloscope function was running it would updata.

Thank you for watching and commenting! I think you will find this item useful and maybe even great. For the oscilloscope function if you set the trigger to live then it feeds live data which makes the oscilloscope very useable. And you are correct, reading the directions first would have been a good thing. I am not perfect by any stretch. Again thank you and i hope you really enjoy your pokit pro!

Absolutely, either a veriety of tips or even better, a standard banana socket that can accept anybody’s tip veriety, would be a HUGE improvement!
