HAH! I COULD KISS YOU! Thank you for the names! I REALLY could have used that dang Edge guide earlier today! I do alright but that would simplify and speed things up, quite nicely! Thank you!
Unfortunately, I was a bit confused by this video. The title claims to identify 5 basic presser feet that help beginners to sew easier and faster. However, it doesn’t identify any of the presser feet by name such as straight foot, zigzag foot, overlock foot, blind hem foot, buttonhole foot, etc. How would a beginner know what presser foot they are looking at? Also, the video doesn’t identify the make and model of the sewing machine used, so should beginners assume that the specific feet and attachments shown in the video are universal to all sewing machines?
@@TheMinot60 Thanks for your reply. I was wanting to know the 'names' of the feet, which i believe you have provided elsewhere in the comments section. Much appreciated😁
The first one is great but what is it? I see these look like professional feet but the names would help. I recognised the rolled hem feet and the zipper feet. The gathering one was a new style to me and the folding hem one was too.

All you need with a regular drop feed machine is a regular foot, left and right compensating foot which can be used for top stitching and edge stitching, serged pin hem, left and right zipper foot for zips and piping. Swing hem folder is pointless unless you're doing a lot of hems.
You look for the type of foot for your machine. Most feet will fit most standard machines. You just need to know the type of presser foot; for example, zipper foot, button foot, overcast foot, rolled hem foot, etc.
I really need to know if the single foot pressure is compatible with the brother sewing machine. If anybody knows pl pl let me know. Thank u so much in advance.

Very likely she just doesn’t care but makes lots of dough from all of the frustrated viewers who repeatedly watch the videos. Very clever over seas marketing strategy.
I am reading all of your comments which are pretty positive. But I am actually upset at your quietness. People are asking very valid questions and would be nice to have some answers with regards of the machine feet you are using and demonstrating. I think people will truly appreciate your videos more. This way not so much. It's like you are helping but not really.

Too bad there hasn't been any answers to your questions... I have the same. Not very helpful indeed. :/
My advice: there are many much more helpful videos on you tube. Don't give up!
@@TheMinot60 Thanks. I didn't give up and found the answers I was seeking without having to use RUclips.
All of the feet used are listed right in the info under the video.

the name eg zipper foot, isn't on the screen before each demo so people know what they are.
