There are no ads in some of those arenas ice because those pics are taken during off-season, when all the ads (and even score clock like in O2) are taken off.

The space between seats is because Czech hockey fans are hardcore and stand jumping all game
*Not in Liberec... This is not how it works... When you have good fans, they have a standing sections in arenas :) And Liberec has so bad fans that they never jump...*
The O2 arena was the best
*No... You say it only because is looks like NHL arena... Arena which has no places for standing is really not good :)*
I was sure that americans will like it. It's nice no doubt about it but there is absolutely the worst kind of atmosphere of all czech stadiums ( music, popcorn, kisses on the screen .... bla bla bla ). Many of us prefer the old stadiums where you feel the passion. O2 arena does not have it at all.

Even I´m going there like every week, our DRFG Arena never seemed to me like The Garden and yeah it is big experience to watch games in some arenas in Czech Republic, not only by the architecture or the play but big part of that is atmosphere which is (I would say) even better than on Stanley Cup finals, because local fans are crazy.
Atmosphere on NHL final is worse than 3rd czech league :)

There's (almost) always ads on the ice. If there's no ads in a picture, it's probably from a pre-season game when there's no ads yet installed.

Since living in Brandon I'm really hoping you do the WHL arenas I'll recognize the KeyStone center right away it might not look all that good but after going there all the time to watch the Wheat Kings play and playing games there too it feels like home

I know I’m very late but the scoreboard in O2 Arena was just brought up toward the roof. You can still see the bottom of the scoreboard.

You don't have to call it the gateway Arch you can call it the Arch, everyone in St.Louis just calls it the Arch
I guess, since I'm not in St. Louis, I would still call it the "Gateway Arch" then, right? While I understand why not-from-Montreal people would call Olympic Stadium "Olympic Stadium," I wouldn't expect tourists to call it the "Big O" like the locals do.

@@mayatv2146 Nejlepší úrovni podle moderních luxusních standardů pro koncertní haly možná, ale na hokej je O2 arena nepoužitelná. Kdo byl na hokeji ve starých halách, jako v Olomouci nebo Zlíně ví, že tam je to atmosféra k nezaplacení. Bohužel O2 arena je obyčejná moderní hloupost, která potlačuje hokej a staví show v americkém stylu na první místo. Hnus. Sparta mělo zůstat v Holešovicích a rekonstruovat je, ale toto byla chyba.
