@@onmyway7363 you are so welcome....thank you for watching. I like sharing what it is like riding in coach since most videos are of people in sleeper cars.
What an awesome trip you've had so far! Your enthusiasm and bright sense of humor really are refreshing.😊 Thank you for sharing your journey. I really enjoyed it. I look forward to your next vlog in Los Angeles. I am a newly subscribed member of your channel. I've been enjoying your travel vlogs parts one through fifteen. Currently, I am watching Copenhagen, Denmark. I absolutely love it! 📣📣❤️👍
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm so glad that you're enjoying my videos! I'm going to try to post a new video from this Great American Rail journey series once a week. Again, thank you so much! Feel free to share with others!
Thank you so much! I've actually made it home from my trip two days ago, it just takes such a long time to get these videos ready. I'm going to plan on releasing a new video once a week until all of them are out. This series will probably have around 15 to 20 episodes, so thank you for staying tuned into my channel! Please feel free to share with others, thanks so much!
@@bulldawgmoore6584 I highly recommend it! I will say, I found out that this is one of if not the most delayed routes on the entire Amtrak system. So definitely plan on being delayed! It does stop at Palm Springs, however my train did not because they were fires in the area so it skipped Palm Springs that particular day.
Thank you for the heads up! Looks exciting! What are your thoughts..would it be best to board in LA or Palm Springs (as we live in the Palm Springs area) but if delayed maybe better to be in LA as it looks like boarding times during our travel dates are 12:30am and 2:30ish am at Palm Springs and the Palm Springs station doesn’t look that grand but I’m not sure yet of its services or if it has a waiting area? I prob just answered my own question but since you have done this before would like to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance for your time!
Haha thanks. I bought the USA rail pass for $500 which is for coach only. It was more of me challenging myself, but it was MUCH easier than I would have every expected. I NEVER Sat in my coach seat, I was in the lounge car the entire time! Plus I planned my trip so I was never on a train for more than 2 consecutive nights
@@mtomas91 there is no Wi-Fi for sure, and when you're going through towns or cities where your phone gets data coverage you can use it then, but when you're out in the middle of nowhere there really isn't much if any service at all. I enjoyed that however, sort of getting off the grid for a little while!
@@carolinatopshotstravels yea i totally would appreciate the same.. but id need to work during that day and need to answer some emails so.. thats the main reason
@mtomas91 I will be honest on this particular route I think I had service about 95% of the time. They were only a few routes that I took on my trip, mainly the empire builder, where I would go extended periods of time without service.
Awesome
Thank You for theis informative video 🎉

It’s always about the journey.. Keep up the amazing content..
@@aqeelashaheed thank you very much for your kind words! I have a new video posting today
Can't believe you booked coach for that long journey...
How many hours of sleep did you get in Coach? Do you have a favorite food item from the Amtrak Cafe?
Great video! Planning to do this trip with my family in a couple of months. Does this train stop at the Palm Springs station?
