      I'm with Cleopatra! Emerald has been my favorite since I can remember seeing gems. Age 2? In National Geographic? Movie stars in magazines? Royal jewels? I remember Liz Taylor's necklace, but I was already in love with Emeralds by then.
      Like Cleo and Liz, I am stuck on natural, no enhancement, treatment, or other alterations after cutting and polishing. But, when I was finally able to design my own ring featuring diamond and emeralds, I opted to save money with oiling and color enhancement. 💜 vs. 👛.
      If I could do it now, 20+ yrs later, I would probably go for lab, or even crystal. My heart remains with the 🌎, so I think lead-free crystal may be the best way.
      REQUEST: I'd love comparative info on eco-damage and gem cost for these 3 options:
      Natural v LabMade v Crystal

      The quartz does not look green at all. It looks more white than green.

    REQUEST: Could you do more in-depth on Peridot? I've never been able to find much about it -- this video is the first time I've heard that it's mineral is Olivine. Peridot seems to be like the little cousin nobody knows or likes very well, but who has to be included in Green family events. I love the geminars! Thanks.

    Sorry if this is off-topic, but I am looking for a pear cut green moissanite to get the fire and durability of a moissanite in a color hue and lightness between peridot and tsavorite.
    I am frustrated to not be able to find anywhere to see these gems side by side, and a camera rebalances color and exposure with each shot to throw off image comparisons.
    In your experience, how similar can I expect an irradiated/infused green moissanite be to what I am looking for?

    Hello Mr. what do u mean by “ lab created”. Could u please clarify? Thank you.

    • @lizbueding2626
      @lizbueding2626 3 года назад

      Not mined from the earth, but created in a lab. Lab created stones have the same chemical, optical, and physical properties as their earth-mined counterparts, but tend to be more "perfect" looking and far less expensive. Lab created emeralds, etc. are sometimes called synthetics.
