@BreathworkBeats I asked two people to blind listen and both confirmed it was 63. Maybe I have 63 second version on my end ;)
In any case - I loved this session, music was on point... have you thought about continuing the session to 3 minutes breathholds (I believe the founder of MovNat said that 3 minute breathholds are optimal). ❤🙏
