I pulled her in the first 10-roll I did on her banner (I know this because I also got Ayers and Click in the same one). Very good slowing power and she's my assistant because her home lines are too cute. And then her non-trust tap line is just heart-melting with her stomping.

yeah, especially the 3rd skill of him
Surtr for now if purely dps, eunectes for how tanky and physical atk, eyja for highest dps arts aoe and silverash for physical aoe and that's on gameplay. If it's lorewise then skadi and nian is the strongest operator and one of the strongest if not the strongest being in Terra, followed by mostima, saria, shining, lappland, specter, and hellagur
In terms of gameplay, his S3 is one of the strongest multi-hit burst damage options. His S2 is underrated but also very useful.
