- This 40-minute vinyasa yoga flow is an open level/intermediate practice with a focus on opening the hips, building strength and mobility in the lower body, and creating a feeling of lightness in the body. Expect some fun transitions, squat variations, arm balances and stretches as we work towards flying lizard in this well-rounded flow.
