I tried to put a mod into the game Counter-Strike 1.6 which consisted of multiple files and it messed my game up. I tried using this method and even deleting my save files and nothing works and I can’t figure out a way to reset the files to how they were when I first purchased the game. Do you have any ideas?

YES THIS!!!! I DID THE SAME SHIT WITH FALLOUT NEWVEGAS, I WAS SO PUMPED TO PLAY IT AND IT WOULDNT LAUNCH AND I ONLY INSTALLED A SHADER MOD THAT REPLACES THE FILES ALL TOGETHER AND I CANNOT GET IT TO LAUNCH, I had to refund it!!!!

@@Hisegnberg yea the mod I used came with an uninstall file that took me a while to figure out which is the only way to get the game back to normal :/
