It's true there is bargains out there. I bought my c7 Feb 2017 for 48k out the door at a bwm dealership. 2015 z51 3lt with 9k miles loud ass velocity yellow that I had to get used to. Gave me plenty of cap space to mod and paid it off this year. Great video great insight.

Even though u spent 60.000 less than fully loaded z06 is and u supercharged you car and it looks beautiful, but z06 is completely different, suspension, aerodynamics, rear differential, engine torque delivery, 3 degree rear camber and 2 front, carbon ceramic breaks and much more, but u did a nice job, drive safe and enjoy 👍
+REAL4wd Thank you for the feedback..ur statement is inaccurate with regards to much much more, when comparing a Z06 to a fully loaded Z51 3LT. The fully loaded Z51 will have the full track package same as a z06. Of course the engine and transmission will have upgraded internals to handle the extra power. (Engine compression is different too). But the suspension on Z51 is the same as the Z06 (MAG Ride). NPP exhaust on both cars. Differental gearing same (Z06 beefed up to compensate for the additional HP). Both will have the dry sump oil system. Both have tranny and differential radiator coolers in rear quarter panels. Also the aero packages are the same, which include stage 2 side skirts (Z07) and stage 1 front lip (Z07). For now I don't want the Stage 2 or 3 wing. (More downforce = slower top speed, but better cornering). Regards to the front brakes, that's a package most ppl don't get on even a z06. And a $10k upgrade which will put the car at almost $130k, which I never compared. At the end the Z06 is also heavier as it is wider. A base brand new Z06 will cost u $80k plus taxes. Fully loaded brand new Z51 3LT non ceramic brakes will cost $84k plus taxes. Look it all up and research online and you will see their very alike, much different than what you have stated.

+Jrock702 I did the a&a kit with the vortech 3vSi setup. 550hp at the wheels on a conservative tune. I think this winter I might do a flex fuel setup to get more out of it. What about your build??
procharger d1, running 9lb of boost with the added fuel from the alky control meth system. I also have american racing headers. it put down 633hp and 598lb torque on a dyno jet at 2500ft elevation and about 85 degrees.... Most likely you will have to modify the fuel system if you want to go above 7lb boost. Thats what everyone I've talked to so far says anyway. Unlike you, I don't do my own work. I wish i could though. I definitely give you a big thumbs up for installing the sc kit yourself.....

Yeah i hear ya! getting the z06 performance hp wise was my goal as well initially. I think your car is in a really safe place right now hp wise .Just keep in mind, more isn't always better.Having a car that you can drive hard time and time again with no issues is way more important than putting up bigger numbers and sacrificing reliability. I think my car is on the upper threshold of safe right now if we can just get the crank seal issue resolved. Keep up the good work. I think you did a great job on you modifications. I’m in a total of 54k for mine with the lt4 blower and fuel system. Makes more power than a z06
