As much as I love Paxton, I have to admit it was tedious watching their relationship this season, I don’t think either was truly relaxed and Devi had major self esteem issues that she needs to work out …’meant to be’ shouldn’t be that hard, I think. But when I look at her interactions with Ben, their banter is natural, Devi says what’s on her mind immediately she’s not filtered. She’s completely herself and Ben is hopelessly smitten with Devi. Despite his annoying ways sometimes, he always looks out for Devi. Let Ben and Devi run it’s course, if it works it works if it doesn’t so be it …..
Even I have a feeling Ben and Devi won’t work out as well, I always ship them since the time their chemistry becomes so apparent! So I share the same thoughts
@@rhonita I agree there is a lot of chemistry between them. That's why I wanna see how they stand as a couple. I think Devi has a little more growing up to do before she and Paxton can fit. She's been through a lot and still finding herself as with any teen.

Personally I was always team Ben, though seeing the show for the second time made me appreciate Paxton a lot, but yeah her interactions with Ben are more natural, she doesn't care about impressing him or being enough for him, and I love that.
Ben leads Devi to be a better person, like when he was wrong with Aneesa, instead with Paxton it was the other way around.
I really liked what they did with Paxton on his own, but also relationship was well done-they did challenge/help each other in special ways, I’m glad the show acknowledged that in the last episode after graduation. and it was important for her to face the issues of her self esteem, and Paxton recognized that. So I think it was a good rel.
