Good spring day. Wonderful video and clear instructions, but I do have a few finishing questions starting at the 7 1/2 minute mark. I see that there’s a little bit of overspill on the back of the earring, after it has been cured.
    1. Do you do normally any sanding ? If so, what kind?
    2. Do you do any sealing? If so, what kind do you use?
    3. Any idea how much they actually weigh?
Thank you for your time and consideration,
I will continue to look at more of your videos.

If there is anything that has spilled over you can sand it afterwards, just a very fine grit sand paper. I don't seal my resin and I do wear these earrings without any issues. They are incredibly light, basswood is ideal for earrings because they won't weight you down.

I have a XTool S1 20w on order. I have been watching a lot of videos for the different projects I can do with the lasers. My question is to connect laser to computer via USB … does the laser come with the connecting cord or do I need to purchase the connecting USB? If I do can you tell me what type of cord I need, USB both ends as example. I know you have reviewed the S1, so can you tell me what electrical amps the S1 uses? I have to use an extension cord and I want to make sure I have one that will handled the load.
Your videos are so helpful and you are a great instructor.

I connect my machines via USB and they all come with a cord. You can buy a USB extension if your machine is further away but you may not need it.
The S1 and others like it operate on a standard 120 volt US outlet and they can run on an extention cord. You'll need an extention cord that can handle the 3 pronged plug. Hope this helps, enjoy your machine!

Hi, With the uv resin do you need to wear a protective mask/respirator? Great video by the way.

No, it does not give off the same fumes as epoxy resin. But do wear gloves because it can irritate your skin.
