I feel like motivation is key here as well as having goals? Like what's motivating you to learn English or what your goal is? For example, I want to be able to communicate and form connections with people from Hong Kong.
As a local, I would say the biggest problem for HK students in learning English is we have lack of fundamental or basic training for grammar (subject + verb + object and etc.). It is hard for us to get to speak and write in complete sentences. I learnt that myself very late at my Form 6-7 and continue learning them. Vocabulary is a challenge but the grammar is the biggest challenge.
In order to master a language, there is no better way than just keep practicing. Don't be afraid of the grammar is wrong or people will laugh at you, because that is only your imagination. If you never try, you never know.
I'm just curious about one thing : If this girl really hates English that much, then why does she choose this French-English name? She seems somewhat pretentious.

奇怪，唔識英文又識改個難讀嘅英文名😅
讀得唔差，係欠自信
所以，最令人困惑的，為何鬼佬會覺得中文很難？如果講難，日文或法文，甚至匈牙利文仲難 😮
中文難係單字比起英文多好多，而且唔係拼音，象形文字要外來人去記真係唔易
可以嘗試多聽英文歌同睇美劇。
冇環境太難
