Dearest Charlotte, I love you and all your products. I think you are an amazing makeup artist and your products are of highest quality in the makeup world. I came to see you with a broken foot, when you launched your makeup line in Toronto and waited for hours to see you because I simply adore you. I wish you continued success for many many years to come.
But having said that, I really don't understand the point of this tutorial. You took the most beautiful model, with perfect skin and perfect brows and you barely did anything to transform her into a better/gorgeous version of herself. She was gorgeous to begin with and your makeup did very little for her. The end result looks amazing, but she was amazing to begin with.
Kindly pick models that have birthmarks or acne scars, or someone with big pores or sparse brows and teeny tiny lashes and then transform them so we can see what your products really do. I am 100% positive that you picked pigments and ingredients and formulas that work to create a perfect look, but it's very difficult to see how your products transforms a face, when the face is flawless to begin with. Thank you in advance and I love you till the day I die.

I agree that the model is gorgeous, but Charlotte has done tons of videos and I've seen some where people have won a makeover or she was helping a friend and they were your everyday person :)

Have you watched a MAC tutorial and seen them using other brands? Or a Bobbi Brown tutorial? Do they not promote their own brand?
I think they meant the way she does it.. like no offence. Especially this perfume will make your dream come true. 😳like it’s a great sales trigger but it’s too much. Should be an intro not a sales drive video.

To be fair, some of her products are really good. Like her lip pencil and foundation. I've never had any of her palettes yet. They're kinda overpriced. Actually, a lot of her products are overpriced. I'm guessing she's branding her products as luxury brand.

I only watched this video because your model was non-caucasian and had a similar skin tone to myself. Which I never get to see even on youtube from smaller channels. I have never seen your products on anyone of an "ethnic" background and this was an amazing treat for me to see. I am shocked and pleased that your palette was pigmented enough to be seen on her skin tone, the concealer also pulled the look together as well. I really look forward to seeing your other products. And as a counter to the comments below about the model being too beautiful to start with, she was/is and this happened to enhance that incredibly well in order to do a natural and minimal makeup look that could be used daily for work without being drab. Thank you.

You might be bothered but it is actually smart to do your makeup with your hair down or anyways the same way you will have your hair after .... If you do your makeup with a ponytail, you are lifting your face and so your features might be different the moment when you will let your hair down , your contouring will be out of place and even the eyeshadow....I am not sure if I am able to explain myself well ... But there is a sense in what they do .

Yes, I love all this stuff - but there is NO way I could afford it all. I wonder which products she would recommend for someone on a low income, lol. X
Achka The palette she used for the eyes and face is $73 USD and is wonderful and versatile, especially for a frequent traveler like me. The mascara is $32 USD but I don't remember how much everything else is, I do know the Magic Cream is quite expensive ($150-$200 USD). The model does look beautiful, though she did use a "celebrity face filter" so who knows what it all looks like in person.
Achka I just bought all products in this video (minus dream cream & concealer) and I payed less than £400 and that included one hour 1to1 session with make up artist...not cheap but not as expensive as you think

Patriccia H Exactly! it's actually a filter for your video recorder or camera. It softens the face, hides fines lines, wrinkles and it makes your hands look younger too. It also makes the appearance of makeup look absolutely flawless. Actually a lot of the big RUclips "beauty gurus use them too. Wayne Goss actually made a video about this called "Warning You're Being Lied To, Please Watch". He even showed all the trickery they use through the filter bought for demonstration. It's crazy 😜!!!

Guess I’m late, but try makeup revolution or elf. They’ve similar palettes and this is a very common shade range you can get it at very cheap rates :)
