Purchased this pair before the official release on new balance singapore site and paid a bit over retail (which felt kinda sucks that now it is sitting in my size). Back then when this pair was only on aime leon dore raffle and the resale after that raffle was through the roof. This pair has become my go-to-office shoes that matches with anything. Gonna get a lot of usage out of this, together with my sea salt 9060 and various 2002rs (the newly released 2002r collab with Up There is extremely nice btw, that made me pulled the trigger to sell my J4 millitary black for that pair)

Got through the queue in 2mins to a 'this product does not exist' page, because for some shitty reason NB decided to pull these from the UK store. So they were never released in the UK, and now if I want a pair I have to pay about £60 over retail. Bs release, still not pulled the trigger I'm that mad about it! Ofc the nicest pair had to be the most limited 😒
Is there a difference between this one and what's on the NB site? The NB site 990v2 seem very white whereas this seems more chalk white which I prefer... Also Farfetch has one named Teddy Santos for a bit more than on the NB site... Just making sure they aren't actually different like the ALD 550 vs non ALD 550, might just be pictures looking weird.
My favorite TS NB is the Grey & Green 991 that was recently released by ALD. I have the tan pair as well, and those are good, but the grey pair is spectacular. In the ocean of similar grey NBs, that pair really stands out.

the red ALD 550 are freakin great, i love that shoe
I just got the v3 version which is just as clean. Plus the comfort is far superior to the v2. So I think they better.
