After finishing this show and reflecting on it for a few months, I realized how sad I was that it had finished and how much I would miss the characters.
I completed yesterday. I loved the show but I don’t miss anyone. Whom I miss are the detectives from true detective season 1. And the cast from the office and friends.
@egpthree2634 I hope this inspires young directors and writers. And maybe when I'm 60 I'll see something like this again. There is a new movie coming out that has the same vibe of the cinematography that I'm looking forward too but you never know.
I miss this show more than any other. It had a special vibe to it. The soundtrack, the quiet moments, what i would call filler usually here was so perfect. I miss this show so much, so glad i watched it
There was never a filler episode imo. Unless you count the fly in breaking bad, but that's it. Every moment had an integral part to the story. Everyone of them. That's why it's so special. Because even small details were large.
Breaking Bad = A modern Greek Tragedy complete with main character defeated by their own hubris. Better Call Saul = A modern tragic Love Story complete with the main character's cry for help from their lost love.

was Walter White defeated? he pretty much got everything he wanted in the end, which is something I didn't like about BB. the ending of BCS was much better

We all knew Kim wasn’t around in BB, and idk about others but the more I watched BCS I knew as their relationship progressed through good and bad in the back of my mind I knew something was gonna go wrong….but it was so sad when they finally left each others lives forever cause they were such a great pair that played to each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
This is the superior show. There's no question. BCS had something that BB did not. Pathos. We thought we wanted to see Saul Goodman in this series. After 6 seasons, we didn't WANT Saul to show up... and when he did, we realized everything that was lost and killed. The most tragic death in the BB universe was the death of Jimmy McGill.
I think BCS is more relatable than BB. We are never going to become Meth dealers. But we - all of us, really- have had to make decisions that go against other people’s interests. I love Jimmy and Kim-- despite their flaws.

This show meant so much to me and someone I loved showed it to me , I put so much of myself into this show that when I finished it I felt like I lost part of myself and but I am so glad they got me into this show , and this edit captures the tragedy of all of it so perfectly, I wish I had a better vocabulary to be able to give this show the praise it deserves

It's been exactly one year since i completed this series!!! And after watching this music video , it got nostalgic real nostalgic! One of the greatest series ever written! How he made things happen and didn't just wait for it to happen. His transformation from jimmy to saul , those little life incidents where he lost his friend shaped him! And after losing Kim everything changed.

I wasn't happy with Kim just disappearing. Their relationship meant a lot more than that. The ending just showed me that Kim really does love "Jimmy". I got the distinct feeling that somehow he won't be in jail for long.
