10900k best render worker count for 1440p and 1080p paired with a 7900XTX? GPU bottlenecked with Resizable Bar turned OFF. Better 1% lows on the CPU with Resizable Bar turned OFF.
There's no way ur gpu bottlenecked with a 10900k and a 7900xtx unless you're running maximum graphics settings or something. Even when he says he's gpu bottlenecked in this video, he's not. You're only gpu bottlenecked if gpu is at 100% usage.
@@MrDutch1e I run everything on low and am indeed GPU bottlenecked. Disabling Resizable Bar hurts the GPU but it is necessary otherwise the 1% lows drop to 115fps on the CPU. GPU is mostly running at 100% usage. Mainly asking what the best render count was for my 10900k.
Great video. Thank you. You can still get into the benchmark, you just need to spam some specific buttons. 1080p
I use a gtx 1070 and a i7 9700K. Have 32GB installed. Use a SSD for windows and a nvme for the game. I have always used 8 which is my cores. I'll try using 7. I mainly just go by task manager and see if the cpu spikes.
It states worker thread count not cores… it changed it’s not cores any more as even seen in your video
Hmm I think it was always thread count, not core count?
Hey Roman! How are you?
Thank you for the 4k clarification, so even if I Lower my resolution to 1440P those settings won't apply? (4080S, 14900k, CL30 6000Mhz)
I recently upgraded to 4K rig from 1080HD one, and wow! Night and day! don't know how I played like this over the years haha xD
and Thank you for your Hard work man!
Thanks Im pretty busy lately ;) nice upgrade for sure 🔥 well I wouldnt lower your res if you have the hardware. Just gotta do some testing Id be curious to know about your experience on 4K 😉
Try dlss on quality in 4k and you will see nice fps and good visual still
r7 5700x 6600xt ?
Hello! For R5 7600x?
i am gpu bound with rtx 2060 with i5 12400F /1080P should i go for fsr3 my frames are between 90 to 138 fps in rebirth but in BR mode my frames are good and stable
P.S. You made a great video, love the channel and the work you do ❤
Appreciate it! Yes definitely try some of the upscaler options. I havent really had the time to test them in-depth but in MW2 FSR used to be my favorit as well
use dlss on quality with 30/69% of sharpening!!
@@godhalo8582 i think dlss lacking in fast motions i notice this when I move my mouse and I remember he talked about it in his videos
@@badreddinebrahim9369 yes but increase performance and reduce by a lot noise on the images
so i have 5800x3d and 2060 super what should i set it to 7 or 8 ? thx un advance
You likely wont notice a difference with either 7 or 8. I would use 8 without any testing
@@TechGuides thx !
Thanks so much for another detailed and helpful video. Hoping you also cover best settings for the new game xdefiant since i do know a lot of people from cod community is playing it. Appreciate it.
My pleasure! As soon as the practice zone gets enabled I've planned to do so :)
@@TechGuides glad to hear Roman. Can't wait for that video. Have a great day!
@@TechGuides hi Roman, not sure if you know but the practice zone is finally enabled. Ignore if you know this already! Excited for your xdefiant vid!
Grey Zone Warfare guide is coming out soon?
Oof didnt plan on making one while the game is still in early access. I think perf will change significantly during development
The fact that this needs to be manually adjusted in a AAA game.. is just another reason why COD is a joke
Every game has issues but like it or not, COD has a huge following and the sales numbers to prove it.
thank you very much for the video
for amd - especially r9 7900x (which i have with a 7900xtx)
best render worker count is 6 - as the 7900x has 12 cores but 2 chiplets which have 6 each.
which means u can only set it to 6 for best performance from my testing's
for amd its the number of actual cores - the 7800x3d has 8 cores and it uses it all therefore 8 for this cpu is best
Thanks for the info- can you please give your opinion on best render worker count for 7950x? I’m also using 7900xtx, thanks
@@MCMIXING try 8, your cpu has 16 cores and it should dedicated half when gaming so 8
but all pc's are different so def try with 8 and maybe 12 and 16 and see what gives you the best results (best 1% lows and frame time - fps should be pretty much the same)
and also what gives you the best feel in game because u will feel a difference with the render worker count\
@@HunchoDiff and for intel? i5 9600k for example, only has 6 cores
@@xCheatah i dont really know for intel since all my pc's had ryzen but from what i always see and read about intel - its the same number of cores so 6.
For 11900k Should it be 7?
Start with 8 but try 7 if you get some stuttering
Thanks. The same video with Video Memory Scale?
Thanks for the suggestion, I can look into it but last time I checked there was not much of a difference any more (unless on a very underpowered system)
@@TechGuides tanks. I have amd 5900x and 7900xtx. 96gb ram. What you recommend? 0,8? 0,9?
Maximum of 2 can be good?
I would keep it at 0.8 - makes no sense to go beyond 1 (you can't get more than "all")
7950x3d ?
I thought you had a 10900k test too?
No sorry I never owned a 10900k
Thank you for the amazing work.
My pleasure!
Plz help me and many friends with amd combo (7900xtx 7800x3d) are experiencing a lot of stuttering on big map (Urzikstan) what can it be? Any possible fix or thing i should particularly pay attention for? Thank you for your help guys!!
Did you try modifying render worker count and video memory scale? Also what values are those set at?
@@TechGuides i tried to lower vms to 50-60 and render 7/8 but still stutters
@@TechGuides should i run and oc or something from adrenaline or all set to basic ?
I also have the same CPU/GPU with no issues at all. You have to set the Video Memory Scale option to 50, no higher! Undervolt your GPU to 1120, with maximum Power and set CPU PBO in the BIOS to -20 all core. In Windows, you have to disable the Memory integrity.
Don't forget to install the latest AMD Chipset Driver & Last Bios update.
perfect video, just one qustion, for 7900x3D and 7950x3D, what do you recommend ? ty so much
and for 14700k pls ?

@@AvreeL89 no 7
5900x rtx 3080 1080p ?
12 would be a safe bet
on 13900k try 5 better lows and a little bit better average
i tested in private match not during benchmark whichi think is a little bit random
I didnt test with 5 Im afraid but I really dont expect it to outperform 7 on my system
@@TechGuides try it out
7800x3d 8 is the best ?
8 or 9, but dont use 7
I am getting bad stutters on 16gb ram 3200mhz if I switch to 40gb 2400mhz. Would you say the performance is better with higher GB or higher mhz?
The stutter is most likely coming from your GPU and or CPU. What are your specs?
use intelligent stanby list cleaner
@@kirbyatethanos ryzen 7 5800x3d cpu and rtx 3060 12 gb gpu, turns out the game had a memory leak switching out to higher gb stopped the studders
Great work 🔥🔥
Thanks for watching!
Can’t get rid of stuttering- 7900xtx 7950x playing 1440p Really struggling finding the best render worker count.
I just read this interesting article that disabling the second chiplet in bios gave 10% performance boost
Is there any config command to increase visible range in wz3?
You mean that stuff gets rendered farther out? Not any config commands that I know of but some in-game settings can affect render distance. Haven't made any specific tests regarding this though
@@TechGuides Thanks Bro, maybe it's time to upgrade my 4 core 3400g then :) surved well, it remembers wz1
What is the best count for a 10900K it wasn’t listed! :(
Crazy CPU that one is. I would try 10 - what was the default?
5800x3d and 4070ti 😎8?
