@@TechGuides Sir, i have a question, if a setting has very little performance penalty to you (which you have a very good pc compared to mine) could that same setting have a bigger performance penalty on my end? For example, everyone tells me to put texture resolution to at least low, looks better with no fps hit almost, but switching it to very low i get like 5 fps at least which are very valuable to me. So these "performance penalties" could affect more to a "weaker" pc?

Hi mate, I followed you guide and got a massive bust to my performance. However, I switched off the hardware accelerated GPU Scheduling as you mentioned in a video, but I could not switch off the Nvidia reflex latency. It locked for me. Could you please help me >
Would you mind making a video about the recommended upscaling? This is also something that many people have a problem with and people on the internet don't agree on it either. I think you could help a lot of people with that too
Nice video, one question, but isn't there a visibility setting that makes it better? I really have an absurd difficulty seeing enemies when they are in the shadows and also in general, even with the brightness at maximum. I also tried with various filters, including AMD ones, but I can't find a solution to this problem
I had an issue where lighter shadows were nonexistent, moderately dark shadows were normal, but dark shadows appeared as a grainy black mass on my screen. I have my monitor brightness and contrast both at 100, my in-game brightness is at 52, but my AMD custom display brightness is at -12. For the AMD display settings, I also have 120 contrast and 135 saturation. In game, the shadow/ reflection quality settings are all be turned to low/ very low quality, and any shadow/ reflection affect settings are turned off. Make sure film grain is at 0, and use between 75-100 Fidelity CAS depending on how low/high your FPS is.
@@TechGuides yeah i beenwatching other videos and said to put the core from the taskmanger mine says 10 -1 so makes 9 and now il sse in your video 6 and i did look on the web site says six ill try this later and yeah the game been running rubbish on 9..oh i have a i5 12600 kf
I've been messing around with the config file too and put up a written guide on it and what I found is that on Ryzen CPUs the render worker count is different. Setting it 1 below your physical cores yielded the best results to me. On a 3700x, default value 9, a value of 7 provided the best performance uplift/smoothest lows. But that's also with an 8 core CPU, this setting can not only have different optimal values based on brand but also core count, so for everyone watching this I highly recommend you use the in game benchmark and try a bunch of different values instead of copying someone else unless they have the same CPU as you. When doing so be sure to slide your resolution down all the way and set your settings to the lowest so you're CPU bottlenecked
Hey thats awesome. Sadly I don't (yet) own an AMD gaming system to do my own tests. Mind sharing your results so I could put it in the video description or a pinned comment?
