Just to let you guys know, the dish is called Squirrel fish cause it looks like Pinecone Which is Squirrel's staple food lol😄 It's really tasty but hard to cook, jay did a fantastic job!

70年代松子黄鱼是上海一道婚宴上的压轴菜，就是这种做法，最后撒上松子肉，所以菜名叫松子黄鱼。

我不知道刀具廠商有無附使用說明書.但據我所知.那圓孔設計一般是單純用來減輕刀身重量.看的出來.那刀比一般的刀身厚.故研判圓孔是為了使刀身較輕方便提握.使用上應該無須將手指放進去..(若見解有誤還請見諒指教)! 還有.不知道你是否有吃過台灣炒米粉.也不知道美國亞超能不能買到新竹米粉...在台灣.炒米粉可當成主食.也可當成附餐.製作上非常簡便..口味上也許美國人應該會喜歡! ps.你很強.連松鼠魚這種餐廳硬菜都會做.在台灣也叫葡萄魚(因為從尾巴提起像一串葡萄)! 我是你忠實觀眾.你的影片把東西方的飲食文化特色介紹得很好!很棒! 不過主要原因還是Ari 跟他妹妹都很漂亮.完全符合亞洲人審美觀的漂亮顏值!

Fish eye is full of collagen and near the eye is DHA, so the best part of fish is head.
