You two are so much fun to watch. You both are great examples of how different personalities can mix and enhance the other.❤. So many great finishes that you shared; so motivational! Thank you!😊
So fun to see you two again!! Your cat stories were so reminiscent of our former cat - she was a crazy female orange cat, whose name started as Crystal but ended up being called Kitty Monster!! Like Fox, she too loved her treats being thrown all over the house, even down the stairs!!🤣😂 oh, and she was a product of a feral cat found way out in the country - my husband said Kitty Monster was the way she was because of her Mother’s “poor prenatal planning”!! 🤷🏼♀️🤣😂. Jen - it’s great to hear and see you feeling better after your surgery!! What a journey!! Happy Stitching!!!
Thank you both so much…you warm my heart and make me laugh…and make me forget I cant tie my right shoe nor reach the plug in the bath…nor shave my right leg ( sorry tmi) …waiting for a new hip! You make me forget all this while Im chortling in Western Australia about CPAP machines and quirkiness and stitching completely different ways…thank you and bless you both ❤
Ladies, I have missed you both! I absolutely love watching your relationship with each other! Can we see you more often? I hope you both are doing well physically and keep stitching!
I can totalluy relate to insurance issues. I needed a total knee replacement and they kept rejecting it even though I had dropped the weight they wanted me too. 24 hours before the surgery was scheduled it was finally approved. Thanks for sharing your stitching!
Glad the surgery went well. You see so much more full of energy this time. I'm SO happy that you were FINALLY able to get things resolved. It's amazing when we feel bad for so long how we forget what feeling good/normal actually FEELS like. Also, our July in person #24HOCS retreat went really well and we have October scheduled too! YAY!
Insurance companies are absolutely ridiculous. I know someone whose knees are basically worn out and insurance denied knee replacement because they’re “too young” (under 40). So option B was some sort of special shot…well after 2 years of shots, insurance decided to not cover those anymore. So their quality of life isn’t where they want to be because they’re being denied the care the doctors recommend. If your sleeve had stayed where it was supposed to, perhaps your weight would’ve gone down…but how is the sleeve supposed to work if it’s in the wrong location and the only food you could tolerate was bread aka carbs! To try & deny because the weight didn’t drop and you seem to have a major side effect is crazy…if health insurance agents aren’t medically trained, who are they to second guess doctors saying you require this procedure or medication? My cat who had to get put down in august was food motivated, so to get her more active I would toss chow or treats. Her sibling isn’t food motivated (and took 10 years to find treats she would eat), will walk after treats tossed, but it’s not the running as if her life depends on getting more food that her sister exhibited.
Jen, you look really well. Hope your recovery continues. I eat an almost all-protein diet - the carnivore diet. I do really well on it. Meat, eggs and animal fats. Fruits and vegetables and seed oils are poisoning us. Wow, what beautiful finishes for both of you.
@@welephantsoup Not a dangerous statement at all and not scientifically unsound. Man has been eating this way (a proper human diet) since we came down from the trees millions of years ago. I suggest you go and look at some of the doctors, cardiologists, professors who believe eating this way is beneficial and debunk much of the research which is folk lore and ingrained in our society i.e. you need fiber, you must lower your salt intake, high cholesterol is bad for us etc. Dr Ken Berry would be a good place to start. I've lost over 70 pounds (I'm 130 pounds), lowered my blood pressure by 40 points, have so much energy, ditto my husband who has stopped snoring. Neither of us are on any medication, he's 73 and I'm 63. Walking 18 miles tomorrow. Compare that with the average Brit or American ...

this is scientifically unsound and a dangerous statement.
