A WEEK ON TOUR IN PERTH

Come along with me to see the schedule of a radio mic technician on a commercial theatre show in Australia while on tour in Perth.

WHY THE ZOO AND WHY I DIDN’T GO TO ROTTNEST ISLAND:
One of the most popular tourist things to do in Perth is take the trip over to Rottnest Island. The history of the island is a dark one for indigenous people.
The island was used as a prison and also has the largest known deaths in captivity burial site for Aboriginal people in all of Australia.
Knowing this information about the island I didn’t feel comfortable going there, especially when the only real reason I wanted to go was to see Quokkas.
Upon looking into the Perth zoo not only do they have quokkas they also have pretty extensive breeding programs for a lot of animals that would otherwise be endangered or extinct by now.
