Anesthetics and estrogen. Goes a long way. Especially the latter. Women were designed to be able to handle child birth, unlike men. We literally aren't supposed to experience this kind of pain. Hence why it's so funny seeing a guy actually have to experience it, despite it being even more painful for men.

As someone who just had a baby... I can definitely say without a doubt that it is the most painful thing I have experienced. And a lot of people tend to stress the whole part where the baby comes out... but the actual contracting of the uterus (what they're simulating on Q here) is definitely the worst part of it. I'd be interested in seeing if this machine actually feels similar... but then again I am hesitant to undergo that kind of pain without getting a baby out of it... lol And you guys saying that women are exaggerating... how could you possibly know that? I have had a few painful experiences in my life, and this definitely was the worst. I was told by another woman that the only thing that came close to being as painful was kidney stones.

All I know is it's not as painful as getting kicked in the balls.
My mom birthed 9 children and has had kidney stones several times. She says kidney stones are nothing compared to childbirth (with my youngest brother she freaked out and locked herself in the hospital bathroom saying "I can't do this again" until the OB promised she could have an immediate epidural.)

I think Q looks sexier since he had that makeover halfway through season 2. Losing weight, letting his hair grow out, and growing that beard really makes him look better.

Actual childbirth probably hurts more. Q had to go through muscle contractions, but people giving birth have to also have a large baby squeezed out of them.
