Just found one in the ID slot of my 14 yo son's wallet. It's so pretty and clean that it looks like it's silver. I had just seen an Instagram reel about the higher value of a 1982 quarter bc its rarity and a Pennsylvania mint even moreso as it sold at 10k in auction. I got really excited when 48 hours later coincidentally I actually got to see " 1982 " (Denver ) printed on a quarter because I've been looking at every bit of change I (and my son) possess since.. 😂😂

I have a 1982 mint D w/error. The 9 in 1982 is only a part of the number 9. The bottom half of 9 is not there. There wasn't enough room for the other half.
