Yeah, YT tutorials are underrated, sometimes. I've learned *a lot* from them! From how to wrap a saree, different recipes, to how to give my cat medication properly... Literally everything has a tutorial nowadays, which is awesome. These scammers really prey on innocent people! :/

How can anyone in the fitness industry offer refunds? You can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink! All she can do is tell you what you should be eatting & when & recommend excersise that worked for her. I'd bet my life on it more than a 3rd of the ppl failing the program were eatting after 7:00 at night, eatting crap & not giving 100% during their work outs. She can tell you what to do but she cant do the work for you. Most ppl looking to drop pounds & get into shape want a quick fix. There is no quick fix. Its long term lifestyle changes that work. Also genetics play a part.

If you create a program and says it will work, but people come alone, purchase it and then return it months down the line because they said it doesn't work than each and everyone of those individuals has the right to a refund. You can't just assume or refuse to refund somebody on a fitness or weight loss program because you think they didn't follow the plan. You can think whatever you want, but it literally does NOT matter. At the end of the day, you do NOT know and you CANNOT sit there and make decisions based off of assumptions. If somebody says a product did not work for them, you refund them. Whether they followed it or not, cheated, didn't put in as much effort as they should or could have - None of that matters in this situation. So yeah, she owes a LOT of people a refund. I do my own research before I even purchase a makeup/skincare product that influencers recommend. Most of these influencers are paid advertisers at this point. You can't be so trusting with everything you see online just because someone has a large platform. Be an informed consumer....this is too sad :(

Instead she copy and pasted basic plans and gave them to people of all different needs. She blocked them if they reached out with questions or concerns. If she couldn't handle the clients, she should not have taken their money. "Not accepting new clients at this time" is all it took to say. That hawaii trip she went on and her new apartment $3,000 a month rent...not hard earned money. Shame. And the fact she is still offering plans on her website. Repulsive

Why didn't she get asked. "why are you making customers sign non-disclosures to get their refunds back? Why are you only letting them have half of that money back ?" Seriously irks me when people aren't asked the real questions
I'm so shocked by this! I didn't even know she was a fitness influencer. I've been watching her christian content for a few weeks now, and enjoying it, and then I looked her up to find out more, and stumbled across some videos like this 😯 I guess I can't always know what someone is capable of just by looking at them from face value :(
