The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer ruclips.net/user/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.

Remove the mode selector switch first by pressing the red button all the way in and rotating the knob to the 7 o’clock position where it will just pull off. You can then remove the front housing leaving the entire gearbox and striker assembly in place. It will save you a *lot* of time.
Schönes Video! Ich hab einen PBH 240 RE, der die Sicherung hat fliegen lassen und wollte den auseinander nehmen, allerdings bekomme ich den Anker nicht rausgezogen. Ein paar Millimeter geht, aber dann klemmt irgendwas. Lässt sich dann auch nicht mehr drehen. Wenn ich ihn wieder nach hinten drücke, dreht er auch wieder. Wenn ich ihn drehend raus ziehe, dreht er erst leicht, und dann nur noch so rastenweise (wenn ich leicht ziehe), und dann gar nicht mehr. Ist da irgendwo noch was, das den Anker drinnen hält? Kann leider nicht richtig rein schauen, da ja das Lüfterrad auf der Achse sitzt und dan ist da noch ne Plastikabdeckung dahinter, die ich zwar bissel los machen kann, aber wegen dem Lüfterrad eben nicht abnehmen. Und die versperrt die Sicht...

Yo tengo el modelo einhell Rt-rh 20 de 600watt no me percuta más yo lo desarme pero tiene un piston solo y párese q se deterioro todo y no percuta nose si es esa la causa no puedo ni perforar una pared

When i heard it run i thought a winding had cooked. The bearing was a lucky break. That thing looked new inside excepting the bearing.

At the time of fitting you can't put field cap on the top of stator .

Thank you for comment, the cause maybe is from poor bearing, dust, no grease,it's has not been properly maintained and used.

does this type grease applys to impact driver as well? the gear and the anvil?
Yes I used even for impact driver.
Liquid oil is poured into the large compartment and so the perforator should warm up with great piston wear.
