The problem with the breakage of the shell of the washer tank is caused by the unsuccessful design of the bracket for its fastening. It is in the place where the tank is fastened that it often breaks, since the bracket just cuts the tank, especially if it is full and in heat. It will take a piece of thick rubber (or something like that) the total thickness of about a centimeter, which you need to fix, glued, for example, under the washer reservoir so that the weight of the tank lies on the rubber layer, and not on the tank mounting bracket itself. The thickness of the rubber (support) is selected independently, as in each car it can differ.

У меня 05 -я и кронштейн для бачка такой же, сделал много проще, скруглил напильником грани, которые соприкасаются с бачком, и все, как бабка отшептала, уже 3й год полет нормальный

Идиот придумал этот бачек. ВАЗ что то за пол века не устроил отзывной компании. Спасибо за ваш вариант. Но я так делал ... Не помогло. Буду делать крепеж как на расширительном бачке.
