this was nostalgically perfect. I live in Los Angeles now but I'm a proud Hamden High Alum,class of 83'. Its 2:23am here. Acropolis was my favorite too along with Friendly's. Oh yeah Pizza in L.A is horrible.
Hello, and thanks so much for the video. I lived in Hamden from 1989-96. I miss it alot. Would like to move back some day. I got a chance to visit briefly in 2007. I noticed a few of the changes. Bradlees is now a Walmart, and Child World went from being a Hometown Buffet when I left to a Chinese place. I liked the Acropolis diner too. My favorite places for pizza and Italian were Bimontes and Sorrento's. Are they still there? I'd love to see more videos if you post them! Thanks!
