I can’t wait to see how you’ll furnish your patio. Just a suggestion: wait until you can splurge on really good quality furniture. We bit the bullet and bought Brown Jordon over-stuffed woven chairs, ottomans, etc., which cost a fortune but has been so worthwhile! Lush, comfortable and so, so stylish!

I have a solution for Carrie. I'm a guy but I bought a pair of Armani prescription glasses with transition lens. You can get whatever frame you want and then get the transition lenses. They have different shades of lenses. They turn to sunglasses in the sun and back to regular glasses inside.
bailey nelson has the loveliest prescription sunglasses! all you have to do is pick your frames, give them permission to contact your optician for your prescription and they are on their way! They also have a store in London and the frames are gorj!
One very useful habit that will keep your skin calm and better off overall, is to find a routine that works and stick with it. To keep trying this and that is too much and our skin reacts to it. I've only added eye cream and the Clarisonic Face Brush (which has shown me that cleanser alone is not truly getting your skin clean - game changer) to my skin routine in almost 15 years.

for Carrie, fashion eyewear (online) does the prescription sunglasses - you pick your frames and they put the lenses in that you need before sending them to you - and you can get designer ones
YES- dietitian over here giving you a major thumbs up for knowing to take a probiotic with that antibiotic! Protect that gut microbiome.

No that's just it- she did everything RIGHT. She said she's taking a probiotic because she's now taking an antibiotic. Taking a probiotic helps your gut microbiome keep the balance of good 'bugs' since antibiotics change the population.

Don’t normally msg people I follow 🙈. But had to just gently suggest that your dermatitis might be a reaction from your skin because of all the different products. When it comes to your skin, typically, less is more (wash and moisturise) lots of water. Once it clears up maybe using less products might work better. You are such a natural beauty and thanks for your continued honesty and am so happy for your growing success both personally and professionally 😘

Carrie- you can have most sunglasses glazed (your prescription put into to your frame) they only issue is it’s done at your own risk as sometimes plastic frames can snap under the heat and it won’t be repairable unless u buy a whole new frame. Some Specsavers (not all as it’s down to the manager) willreglaze you’re own frames at your risk unless u have a high prescription and it will make the lenses to thick. Hope this helps xx

Tip for Carrie, if you go to vision express they can make your sunglasses exactly the same as any normal glasses and the do rayban, Tiffany, Gucci, all sorts 🕶🕶
in regards to your personal dermatitis, i wanted to tell you what i did to get mine not only under control, but completely gone! a big irritant of PD is sulfates, specifically sodium laureth sulfate. it's important to get rid of any skincare, makeup, and haircare products that contain this!! fluoride toothpaste is also supposed to be an irritant, but i don't think it's as big of a deal unless you slop toothpaste all over your mouth. i also use a brand called Osmia Organics. the gal who created the brand is not only an MD, but is/was also a sufferer of PD. this article has all the info you might need, as well as product recommendations (the starter set is what i got, and now i use that soap and a couple of their facial oils). i hope this helps you too!! i was on antibiotics when it first really started giving me hell and found that that didn't really do too much, but this skincare stuff and getting rid of sulfates has saved my life!! osmiaorganics.com/blogs/blog/13768653-perioral-dermatitis-eczema-meet-acne
For Carrie: either contacts you wear all day or, the second type of contActs are ones you sleep in and they shape your eye to 20/20 and you take it off in the morning that allow you to see all day If you don’t like contacts, some stores allow you to get one glasses and get like 40% off the next glass/Sunglass you buy. The last option is there are many online stores that aren’t branded but have the similar style that you can buy for muuuch cheaper. Hope it helps ❤️❤️❤️

Carrie - I had the same sunglasses problem. Invested in a classic chanel frames and added my dual prescription. So when wearing the sunglasses I can read and also see distance. Worth every penny.

I had that same problem on my chin and around my mouth when I was in my 20s and 30s. I remember taking antibiotics too but I also think I remember it being hormonal triggered or related. As I have aged, I no longer have the issue. I know how you feel though. I was so self conscious about it and it itched and burned too. It was a constant on and off problem for many years. Best of luck to you in clearing it up. You are beautiful and love your vlogs!
Gosh I’m soo happy that I’ve finally found someone who’s just as obsessed with the weather as I am haha. I’m genuinely a happier person when it’s warm and sunny out lol. Anyways the 2-series is a great car, i basically only drive bmw, the 4-series is also very nice, it might seem a bit big but could be worth it since the 2-series have like none trunk space especially if ur getting a cab! CARRIE if you go into sunglass hut or david clulow you can get miu mius with prescription!! Without the faff of having to buy them and take them somwhere else to get the lenses changed :) only takes as long as normal prescription glasses! I have four pairs of prescription miu mius, its getting out of hand

I work in an opticians and glasses don't necessarily need to be prescription to have tinted prescription lenses put into them. We've put prescription lenses into a Primark frame before! It all depends on the individuals prescription (higher the rx the heavier the lens, even with hi-index) and the frame itself. If in doubt, pop into an opticians with chosen frame and ask :)

Hi Lydia. I feel Carries pain re glasses and sunglasses ! However being a glasses wearer I have finally found that I purchased a fab pair of moschino sunglasses and took them to specsavers and they inserted my prescription lenses which are tinted black....awesome. Also they can now insert your lenses into your sunglasses frames and you can get them mirrored too if you want. They do make a caveat that they may break the frame in the process but this doesn't seem to happen with good frames. Hope this helps Carrie. X
Carrie needs to go into scrivens opticians they can order designer makes to your prescription. lens price + frame price. I work there I know it’s really easy with a 7-10 day turnaround. Xx
