Imagine hearing that as you *were* hiking thru the Tyrolean hills? Magic.
And not forgetting RIP Rowdy Roddy Piper.
The hot rod lives forever
Em Jackson imagine hearing this as you fought your why up mt Tumbeldown !!!!!
I've always got a soft spot for Scotland culture. Always loved the bagpipes and the Green Hills of Tyrol in particular
Love the sound of bagpipes
Brilliant video. One of my favorite tunes and the video has everything - the beautiful locale, the formation and, of course, the fantastic music.
In case you didn't know, it's an old Swiss tune, and turns up in Rossini's opera "William Tell".
R.I.P. Rowdy
Sorry to hear this, was it one of the soldiers on the video?
He's looking down on you just gotta carry on the rowdy name.

"Sí no hubiese conexiones tan fuertes que me conectaran a otro lado, creo que Escocia sería el país que elegiría para pasar el resto de mis días"
Benjamín Franklin
Político, científico e inventor estadounidense
If there were no connections so strong that they would connect me to another side, I think Scotland would be the country I would choose to spend the rest of my days
hooah
That bass needs tuning. And try not to burst the skin. They sound much better when hit with technique, try a down down up up, stroking pattern, instead of just whacking it :)
Your right, obviously your in a bagpipe band
As a piper, the bass drum is the most important part of the band. I've only played the bass drum one time, and it was only in circle but I made up my own beats and I had the time of my life
Not even in a band and I can tell you’re right listen to bagpipes my whole life and that sounds off
I always thought it was the green hills of Tyrone
Did a google ... comes up under both. Tomato/Tomatoe I suppose
Jim Ramsay Thanks Jim
hahahaha tyrone hahahaha tyrol hahahahaha tyrone :D
Michael Riordan
Green hills of Tyrol. 'Scottish soldier' are some of the first words in the song. Green Hills is usually played in conjunction with After the Battle.
