Boy, miss spider was so calm while you moved her to a new home.
You were so calm too. I wonder if spiders can feel our emotions in terms of being calm or anxious.
A great video by you and Camera Lady. ❤

Just a little remark, guinea isn't north Africa but west Africa. Nordafeica is dry and desert. Guinea is much lower. I hope I didn't offend you. It's not my intention... just if you say north Africa, it should be dry... and west Africa is more humid...

You remind me of Bob Ross the way you encourage people and your demeanor. Your videos are very enjoyable. And I love that you advocate for using natural resources in the enclosures. Obviously you don’t want to get stuff from the city where there could be pesticides or chemicals on the stuff but if you go out into the wilderness I agree that’s the stuff you want, the stuff the spiders would be living with in their natural habitat. Ppl are weird lol.

I appreciate how you show people that we can just go out into our own back yards and gather perfectly good materials to use in our enclosures. I used to go outside in my yard and gather bags full of dried leaves, old dried vine stems, large pieces of bark, patches of moss and other plant materials and bring the bags inside, but my whole family would just look at me like was a crazy person bringing in dirt from outside. But honestly, if you've already got the materials outside, why bother paying a fortune for the same materials at the pet shop? You can find some really great pieces right in your back garden.

My heart pounds seeing the Brazilian wandering spiders bold colors and even bolder stance. I remember I had a recent visit to my favorite exotics store, I was half awake, shuffling through the accessories shelf, and I heard a faint tapping. Not like a person, maybe a loose product being moved by the ac. I ended up becoming aware of it, and I looked at the all the shelves, and nothing was moving. So I followed the sound to see it was something in the invertebrates shelf, which was locked. As I peered through the glass at one container I saw motion. The rhythmic tapping was a Brazilian wandering spider that saw me, through it's house, through the glass in the shelf and down the isle and it was tapping at me. Maybe not me, maybe it's reflection. I'll never know for sure but the way it followed me as I changed position from left, to right, back again made me feel that shiver of danger I've had only a handful of times with small critters.

I now binge-watch your channel and have come to know the progression of some of your spiders.
You do a great service for us rookies and explain everything with ease and steadiness. And camera lady does great making sure she gets the best shots, even directing you a bit! Love it.
Fascinating to watch you set up the enclosure and place the spider in. I watch video after video.

Yes, it's such good advice not to put yourself in danger handling these spiders if you don't have real experience dealing with them!
